RE-EXAMINATION 2022

Students who have earned “F” or “U” grade in any courses registered in the academic year 2022 can take the re-examination after the end of the second semester.

Download and complete a re-examination request form
Submit a completed request form along with your signed student ID card by sending them into scsim@mahidol.ac.th
A submitted request form will be reviewed, and sent to Department Head for further process, respectively.
Once you have submitted, please keep checking up your submission status to ensure whether or not the SIM office has recieved your filled request form.
