Transfer Admission

TRANSFER ADMISSION/ PROGRAM SWITCHING

The International B.Sc. Program, Faculty of Science, Mahidol University (SIM) accepts transfer applications from students who will have completed less than or one year of full-time university study. Transfer students are evaluated by the Program Committee based on their academic records at their previous universities. GPA, strength of curriculum and performance on courses related to the students’ intended area of study are considered.

If students are interested to transfer to a different program within the faculty or transfer from other faculties or other accredited universities, the qualifications are required as follows:

 

(I) PROGRAMS WITHIN FACULTY		(II) PROGRAMS OUTSIDE FACULTY/UNIVERSITY
Completed the first year of study Approved by both Program Director of student’s program Have a minimum GPA of at least 2.0 or equivalent		Completed less than or one year of full-time university study Have a minimum GPA of at least 2.0 or equivalent
