Re-examination

RE-EXAMINATION 2025  

SECOND SEMESTER, 2025

Students who have earned an “F” or “U” grade in any course registered during the second semester of Academic Year 2025 are eligible to take a re-examination after the end of the semester.
  • Submit a completed request form within specified deadline
  • A submitted request form will be reviewed, and sent to Department Head/ School Head/ Course coordinator for further process, respectively.
  • Once you have submitted, please keep checking up your submission status to ensure whether or not the SIM office has recieved your filled request form.
