As a new student, you are required to attend the SIM Freshman Orientation & Parents’ Meeting before starting the classes.
As a part of the Freshman Orientation & Parents’ Meeting, we also invite your parents/ guardians to attend this event. We arrange an interactive session for parents/ guardians of the first-year students to introduce comprehensive information about academic and student service resources and programs.
During the orientation, you will:
- Meet with our Dean, administrative board, academic advisors and faculty members from your academic program
- Learn more about academic programs and campus resources
- Receive key information to be a successful student
- Get to know friends from other programs and enjoy recreational activities
