Privacy Policy

This privacy notice explains the types of personal data we collect from students submitting applications for admission, disclosure of information provided by applicants/ prospective students, and how we use that personal data. Any personal data collected will be processed and safeguarded in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2019 (B.E. 2562) (in Thai) , and Mahidol University Announcement, entitled the Personal Data Protection Policy 2020 (B.E. 2563) (in Thai & English)

• Download and complete either a consent form or a withdrawal of consent form
• Send a completed form to scsim@mahidol.ac.th
• An e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail you provided when a completed form is received
• Your submitted form will be reviewed and processed for further steps.
