All applications to our SIM programs can be made through (1) early direct admission, (2) regular direct admission (including quota scheme), (4) Thai University Central Admission System (TCAS) (including quota scheme), and (5) transfer admission. The applications of all admission entries must be submitted ONLINE. Please read the guides below thoroughly for the steps you need to do for application, and our privacy policies before application.

We shut down the online application system after the cyberattack disrupted it, that results the applicants are unable to access our application system. As such, the direct admission application is temporarily switched to “E-mail Application” until our online system is resumed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

CHECK ADMISSION TIMELINEIf you are applying for the SIM programs through direct admission, please check their deadline, and follow this to get your application in on time.
CHOOSE THE ADMISSION ROUND by clicking either “early direct admission”, or “regular direct admission” of each round. Before choosing the program, please check whether you fulfil with all the requirements of your chosen program.
DOWNLOAD and FILL OUT an application form, and send it along with required documents within the application period
FILL OUT the application form and submit it within the application period. We recommend you to submit the required admission documents together with a filled application form, so that we can review your documents earlier. Each admission document must be uploaded as a pdf file. Each attachment should not be greater than 2 MB or A4 size or 800 x 1,132 pixels
An e-mail notification will be sent to your given e-mail address. Please CHECK YOUR INBOX.
MAKE AN APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT (1,000THB) by QR code payment, in which will be provided with our e-mail notification. If you have any problems about QR code payment, please contact us at 02 4419820 ext. 1199.

After submitting,CHECK YOUR DOCUMENT SUBMISSION STATUS to make sure all your required admissions have been received, and also check your inbox for our confirmation e-mail. We are unable to evaluate your application until all documents have been received.

LOGIN using your ID card number (for Thai applicants)/ passport number (for non-Thai applicants) and password that you have set
FILL UP the application form and upload required admission documents to the online application system within the application period
Make sure to PREVIEW YOUR APPLICATION AND UPLOADED DOCUMENTS prior to clicking “SUBMIT” button, and check whether it fulfils all the requirements of your chosen program
MAKE A PAYMENT as instruction in the online application system by QR code payment.
TCAS stands for Thai University Central Admission System.
The first (Portfolio) and second (Quota) rounds of TCAS applications are administered by Mahidol University and Council of University Presidents of Thailand (CUPT), and the third round (Admission) of TCAS application by Council of University Presidents of Thailand (CUPT).
The early and regular direct admission applications are administered by Faculty of Science, Mahidol University.
Application fee for the first (Portfolio) and the second (Quota) rounds of TCAS applications is 1,000THB. Application fee payment can be made by QR code payment.
